This is a much speedier way of rendering warps.

In addition, the 2022.5 mid-year updates are continuing the speed improvement with incredible speeds that are new to Resolve and the support for multi-GPU workstations. The After Effects version of the Mocha Pro plugin does have some unique advantages, such as host-side mask and tracking generation, but otherwise, the features are more or less the same.įusion has the advantage of being able to utilize the alembic exports from Mocha Pro's PowerMesh generation. Sapphire 2022 introduced more speed within Adobe After Effects, up to 1.8 times faster rendering times using multi-frame rendering. So Fusion is your best bet when working in Resolve. Blackmagic Design is looking into fixing this. In the current version as of writing this post (17.4.5), Mocha only receives 25 frames from those Resolve pages, which isn't particularly helpful. While Resolve supports the OFX features of Mocha Pro in the Edit and Color pages, they are not currently very robust. Working in Resolve with the Mocha Pro plugin is best handled via the Fusion page.
